Bridal and Private Parties
Bring your special occasion to The Velvet Nail Lounge and we‘ll help make it memorable. We welcome all gatherings, big or small. Our salon is designed for group manicures and pedicures. We've helped our guests celebrate special occasions such as bridal showers, birthday parties, baby showers, corporate events and girlfriend gatherings.
1. YOUR SERVICES
Please contact our Event Coordinator to tailor a package to the specific needs of your event.
2. PRIVATE PARTY (more than 3 guests) * 20% gratuity included
Private parties require a booking of at least $200 in services. Our salon rental fee is $100 an hour and that includes set up and clean up of any food or beverage arrangements.
An online reservation form must be filled out completely (See Below) Credit Card Information taken at time of booking.
3. NON - PRIVATE PARTY (more than 3 guests) *20% gratuity included
Non - private parties are subject to the same reservation and deposit procedure as Private Parties, except there will not be a salon rental fee nor will there be a minimum requirement. There will also be no arrangements for food and beverage accommodation and the salon will continue to service other guests concurrent with your reservation.
4. BOOK YOUR EVENT
Please fill out the party booking form and our event coordinator will return your inquiry within 24 to 48 hours. Thank you in advance! For groups of 4 or more, we require a 50% deposit at the time of booking, and a 20% gratuity will be added to the service total upon completion of all services, guests may choose to add an additional amount at time of check out. If there are cancellations and downgrade service less than 72 hours in advance, or a no-show, you will still be responsible for the full-service fee of your originally scheduled appointments.

HOW MANY GUEST CAN THE VELVET NAIL LOUNGE ACCOMMODATE FOR A PRIVATE PARTY?
The Velvet Nail Lounge can comfortably take care of 6-9 guest simultaneously but we can easily accommodate larger parties by taking guest in rotation. Guests can mingle and allow the technicians to take care of large parties in phases to allow a more comfortable pace and atmosphere.
WHY IS THE VELVET NAIL LOUNGE A GREAT PLACE TO HOST A BRIDAL/BABY SHOWER?
The Velvet Nail Lounge was created to enable women to gather and celebrate together. Whether you want to gather a few close friends over pedicures or a larger group of girlfriends for a shower, everything at The Velvet Nail Lounge is designed to welcome you.
IS THE VELVET NAIL LOUNGE SET UP SO THAT I CAN SIT NEXT TO MY GUESTS?
Yes! We've specially designed our furniture to move around the floor to accommodate groups of different sizes. Our salon is small but ergonomically designed so regardless of what nail treatment you are receiving, you can sit next to your friends to relax and connect.
CAN I BOOK OUT THE ENTIRE SALON?
Yes! Please contact our Event Coordinator to discuss a customized proposal to meet the needs of your exclusive event at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at 248-528-2009 and ask for our salon event coordinator, Jennie.
We strongly encourage our guests arrive 15 minutes prior to their scheduled appointments. If arriving 15 minutes or more past the scheduled appointment time, the services are subject to change due to time allowance for the next guests.
Please allow 72 or more hours notice when rescheduling your appointment. Deposits/payments are non refundable if you do not arrive for your scheduled appointment time or if you reschedule with less than 72 hours notice. If you choose to cancel your appointment, you still have to pay for services originally requested. Cancellations are subject to a 100% of total services for less than 72 hours notice or for no shows.
We require that ONE PERSON be responsible for payment on the day of the party to make sure everything runs smooth at check out. We ask that guests in the party do not split bills.
We also ask that the host of the party to please send a link of our website to everyone in the reservation so that they are aware of our prices and party policy.
