Your appointments are very important to our team member,  it is reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations by calling and speaking to an employee or leaving a message on our answering service. STRICT AND ENFORCED 24 HOUR CANCELLATION and NO SHOW POLICY

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time.
Our time, is our livelihood.
Our appointments are now confirmed 48 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked some time ago. This gives us ample opportunity to fill that time slot, in the event you need to cancel or reschedule.

Due to an increase in no-show and last minute cancellations, we decided it was necessary to implement a salon policy.

-All guests will be asked to secure their appointment with a credit card hold. Your card will NOT be charged at the time of booking. If the appointment is not cancelled prior to 24 hours or is no-showed, your credit card will be charged 100% of the scheduled services.

-Once a guest has no-showed an appointment, or has a history of short notice cancellations, regardless of what service or how much time was scheduled, we will ask for a credit card deposit (50% of the services scheduled) to book a future reservation. That deposit will be applied to the services you are receiving. If you no-show or cancel with less than 24 hours notice on that visit, the deposit will not be refunded or used towards future services.

Again, we do understand there may be extenuating circumstances out of your control, if you feel your situation needs evaluation please request to speak to someone on our Leadership Team as we do take some situations case by case.
We do not take this policy lightly and it saddens us to implement it but we also need to protect our business.

Appointment Confirmations
As a courtesy, we will text and in some cases call and confirm your service appointments, 48 hours prior to your appointment date. However, if we are unable to reach you, know that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid missed appointments.

This cancellation policy allows us the time to inform our wait list guests of any availability, as well as keeping our team members schedules filled.
Velvet Nail Lounge policies are presented and provided in the best quality and tradition of excellent servicing for our established and future clientele.  terms and conditions of our policy are accepted by clients once credit card is placed on hold.
